Kolect Team is the creator partnership messaging program operated by Panoverse Inc. d/b/a Kolect AI.

This Privacy Policy explains how the program and its operator ("Kolect Team," "Kolect," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, disclose, and protect information when creators and other users interact with our websites, creator partnership program, forms, products, and text messaging services.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

• Your name, email address, mobile phone number, location, and contact preferences.
• Creator profile information, social media handles, audience information, campaign preferences, and content you submit.
• Applications, messages, replies, campaign responses, scheduling information, and support requests.
• Records showing when, where, and how you consented to receive text messages, along with your opt-in and opt-out status.

We may also collect limited technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring page, form submission time, and website usage data.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

• Evaluate and manage creator partnership opportunities.
• Send campaign invitations, creator briefs, scheduling updates, application follow-ups, and related support messages.
• Respond to questions and maintain our relationship with you.
• Record and honor communication preferences, including opt-out requests.
• Protect our services, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable requirements.
• Analyze and improve our creator program, communications, and services.

4. SMS choices and consent

Kolect Team sends text messages only after you provide the consent described at the point of collection. Consent is collected by affirmatively checking the SMS consent box in the creator partnership portal after entering a valid mobile number, or through an affirmative written reply to a one-to-one email from a Kolect Team representative. The portal checkbox is unchecked until you select it. Merely providing a mobile number does not constitute SMS consent. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of applying for or participating in a creator partnership or of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies, typically one to four messages per month, and message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may request assistance by replying HELP. After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message and will then stop sending messages covered by that request unless you later provide new consent.

5. When we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, communications, analytics, security, payment processing, professional services, and business operations. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or complete a corporate transaction. The SMS limitations in Section 3 continue to apply.

6. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining consent and opt-out records, satisfying legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable requirements.

7. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

9. Children's privacy

Our creator partnership program is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised. We will communicate material changes as required by applicable law.
