Terms & SMS Terms

Kolect Team is the creator partnership messaging program operated by Panoverse Inc. d/b/a Kolect AI.
These Terms govern your use of Kolect Team and related websites, forms, products, and text messaging services. In these Terms, "Kolect Team," "Kolect," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Panoverse Inc. d/b/a Kolect AI. By using these services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Creator partnership program
Kolect Team may use information submitted by creators to evaluate potential collaborations, send partnership opportunities, share campaign information, coordinate scheduling, follow up on applications, and provide related support. Submitting an application or profile does not guarantee selection, an offer, compensation, or a partnership.
2. Kolect Team creator partnership SMS program
The Kolect Team SMS program sends recurring messages about creator partnership opportunities, campaign invitations, creator briefs, scheduling, application follow-ups, and related support.
- Opt-in: Before any SMS is sent, Kolect Team presents the complete SMS disclosure next to an unchecked consent box in the creator partnership portal, or provides it in a one-to-one email. To opt in through the portal, you must enter a valid mobile number and affirmatively check the SMS consent box. To opt in by email, you must provide an affirmative written reply, select the message category or categories you want, and provide the mobile number you authorize us to use. Providing a mobile number alone does not constitute SMS consent. The complete processes and disclosures are documented on our SMS Consent Process.
- Consent: SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of applying for or participating in a creator partnership or of purchasing any goods or services. You may continue communicating with us by email if you do not consent to SMS.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically one to four messages per month, but may differ based on your activity and active campaigns.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. We may send one confirmation message, after which no additional messages covered by that consent will be sent unless you provide new consent.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@kolect.ai.
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number and are authorized to provide this consent. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery depend on carrier networks and systems outside our control.
3. SMS privacy
We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records. We do not share mobile information or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and the limited operational disclosures needed to provide messaging services.
4. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information and use our services lawfully. You may not misuse the services, interfere with their operation, impersonate another person, submit information without authorization, or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content.
5. Third-party services
Our services may rely on third-party platforms, telecommunications providers, or links. Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. Kolect is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
6. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that every creator will receive an opportunity, that every message will be delivered, or that the services will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kolect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or modify or discontinue the program. The effective date above indicates the latest revision. You may end your participation in text messaging at any time by replying STOP.
